After his disastrous performance as Defence Minister, sources in Delhi have revealed that the very eccentric and erratic Manohar Parrikar will next month be shunted and demoted as the Minister for Power, Coal, New & Renewable Energy.
But Manohar Parrikar in the new portfolios will continue to have plenty of innovative avenues for more Corruption with all his proven mastery and finesse in the art of under the table backroom deals.
