At the Panaji by-election tomorrow, the battle will be between Subhash Velingkar and Babush Monseratte while Sidharth Kunkalienkar will be consigned to the third position on account of the widespread anger and resentment against him from even some diehard BJP workers, many of whom are now campaigning for Subhash Velingkar with some having dumped the BJP and switched to Babush Monseratte.
For the very mature and astute voters of Panaji, the extremely competent Subhash Velingkar will be the obvious choice on account of his impeccable honesty and integrity besides his outstanding educational and intellectual ability to bring about real change urgently to our sorely neglected city .
Standing tall amongst the others in the fray, a very worthy Legislator Subhash Velingkar shall be.
