WITH EVERY GOAN SUFFERING, VOTING FOR THE BJP IS A MORTAL SIN

Chief Minister Pramod Sawant better known as Property Sawant within his own BJP has quickly risen from rags to riches.

Pramod Sawant’s total income for 2010-2011 was only Rs 4,51,653 and savings including fixed Deposits a mere Rs 55, 139.  So will he confess how he became a multi crorepati so swiftly?

Amongst the properties purchased by Pramod Sawant is land admeasuring 16,480 sq mts in Bordem at Bicholim for Rs 1,31,84,000 and another 19,989 sq mts also at Bordem for Rs 1,23,34,000. Twenty four sale deeds were executed within a span of two years by Pramod Sawant’s partnership firm at the Sub- Registrar in Bicholim itself. Today he has properties all over Goa and has extended his crave into neighboring Karnataka and Maharashtra.

As Chief Minister Pramod Sawant went to the extent of grabbing a plot of land bearing Survey No. 60/8 in Cotombi at Bicholim by deviously claiming to be a Mundkar. On 26th September 2019 he filed an application claiming declaration as Mundkar. Despite his application being untenable in law, he was speedily declared as Mundkar. He falsely claimed that he was staying in that so called mundkarial house when infact was residing in his bungalow at Housing Board Colony in Sanquelim.

It is appalling that Pramod Sawant has stooped to such low levels in seeking to illegally grab land by misusing his Power and the provisions of the Mundkar Act to enrich himself.

We have seen Pramod Sawant’s greed for property turning to Avarice. From Pramod Sawant to Property Sawant and Mundkar Sawant. He is Goa’s first Chief Minister to be declared a Mundkar.

So to liberate Goa from the Corrupt and Communal BJP, let us on February 14th wisely vote for the Congress- Goa Forward alliance which is our only hope. Let us not allow our precious votes to be divided by parties like AAP, TMC and others who are acting as agents of the BJP.
