DISPROPORTIONATE ASSETS OF MR PROPERTY KUNCALIENKER

Have yesterday demanded that the Anti- Corruption Branch (ACB) of the Goa Police should immediately probe the huge disproportionate assets acquired by Sidharth Kuncalienker as Chairman of Economic Development Corporation (EDC), Vice-Chairman of Goa State Infrastructure Development Corporation (GSIDC) and now as Director of Imagine Panaji Smart City Development Limited (IPSCDL).

A complaint has been filed with the ACB against Sidharth Kuncalienker and would be constrained to move the Court for appropriate orders if the authorities malafiedly shield Sidharth Kuncalienker who over the last few years has risen from Rags to Riches, and over the last three years has also bought huge properties in neighbouring Maharashtra.

The properties bought by Sidharth Kuncalienker in his very own name are in village Virdi within the Taluka of Dodomarg in Sindhudurg District and totally admeasuring over 260 acres (1,040,000 sq mts). These properties were bought by Sidharth Kuncalienker for a whopping seven crores and that the sale deeds were executed at the office of the Sub-Registrar in Dodomarg with the purchase price highly undervalued by the authorities in collusion with some Maharashtra BJP leaders.

Sidharth Kuncalienker has siphoned crores over the last few years by way of kickbacks on public projects and the very dubious Panaji Smart City Project has been his latest bonanza. The entire assets of Sidharth Kuncalienker and his family must be probed as he has also allegedly grabbed various flats and shops given by various builders in return for the assistance given to them by him at the government level.

Goa Chief Minister Pramod Sawant is in political circles better known as Mr. Property Sawant and now the former MLA of Panaji would be appropriately branded as Mr. Property Kuncalienker.

No individual and especially any candidate for office can be above the law. They must be open and transparent with the electorate and the law enforcement agencies at all times otherwise they must feel the full weight of the law and be denied any support or office of any kind.

So on May 19th the only option for the voters of Panaji is to vote for the BLACKBOARD and elect the very knowledgeable educationist Subhash Velingkar who is neither Corrupt nor Tainted and with no skeletons whatsoever.
