The Police staff deployed on duty for the current International Fraud Festival of India (IFFI) are not being served snacks, meals and not even drinking water. They have also not been paid the promised food allowance.
Infact the food allowance for those police deployed on duty during the last session of the Goa Legislative Assembly in July is yet to be paid.
A very sad state of affairs while Chief Minister Pramod Sawant alias Property Sawant who is also the Home Minister is busy buying properties while the welfare of the Police force is totally neglected. Even street dogs are treated better.
