Following in the footsteps of the infamous Digambar Kamat’s divine sanction, now the awfully disgraced and embarrassed St Cruz MLA Rodolfo Fernandes is justifying his leapfrogging into the arms of the BJP hell, by telling people that he spoke to his departed Mummy and that she gave him her blessings to join the saffron brigade. A shameless son who wants people to believe that late Victoria Fernandes did the bidding of the devil by approving the evil deeds of her son?
Soon it will be the turn of the remaining six Judases to improvise on their fantasy excuses. Let us wait and watch to find out which God or ghost they invoke for their defence. Can they not see the folly of their cheap and laughable excuses in trying to defend the indefensible that makes them more of a laughing stock in the eyes of God and the betrayed electorate?
Not surprising as their very unpopular actions imposes on the eight traitors a need to belch out fetid gasses while digesting the moolah they have received or the promised cabinet berths if they ever get them at all.
Having failed to convince the living with every lie and excuse, for their unforgivable betrayal of the people and their mockery of God, some of these eight cheaters are now desperately misusing the name of God and disturbing the peace of their dearly departed. It is a sad reflection of politics in our Goa that even the dead are not allowed to Rest in Peace! Sadly, at this rate, the politics in our once democratic State will RIP ahead of some of our dearly departed!
At the next election the betrayed electorate will pass their judgement and ensure the political careers of those eight defectors will RIP! No amount of help from their God, the dead or the living will save them.
