Adil Shah’s Palace which was our Old Secretariat in Panjim is now in a despicable State. Over the last few years crores have been spent on renovating this heritage building. Was it all money down the drain? Lots of thrash is now dumped all over. We shall soon know whether this structure ends up being the headquarters for the Casinos? Amen
