A COCKTAIL OF FACTS IS A REAL EYE OPENER TO THE SILLY SOULS RESTAURANT AND BAR SAGA

Astounding facts have now come to light regarding those blatant illegalities at the Assagao based Silly Souls Café & Bar allegedly run by the family of Union Women and Child Development Minister Smriti Irani.

Dale D’Gama, the Mumbai based eldest son of late Anthony D’Gama has yesterday revealed to me that his now late Dad was totally kept in the dark about the setting up of Silly Souls Café and Bar.

Dale D’Gama has also stated that his late dad had not visited Goa for the last many years. So it now needs to be probed as to who had fraudulently signed all those papers from 2021 before the Excise Department, local Panchayat and other authorities to obtain all those illegal permissions and licences.

More importantly Survey No 236/21 on which the now controversial Silly Souls Café and Bar has been set up stands in the name of the late Abel D’Gama, the father of late Anthony D’Gama. It was incumbent on the authorities to have ensured that the consent of the family of those three sisters of late Anthony D’Gama was obtained on record as they and their families are also by law legally entitled to a rightful share in their late dad Abel D’Gama’s property.

With these revelations the whole truth on this issue would now definitely surface.Considering so many revelations, it seems pointless for some to keep trying to defend the indefensible. Lawmakers and any person in public life for that matter must always act as role models for others and not treat them as silly souls. They have a duty to act with integrity and honesty and come clean on any issue where the facts are so overwhelming.

The TRUTH must always prevail!
