At least today on the closing of the International Fraud Festival of India (IFFI) our police posted on duty there should have been decently served snacks, meals and drinking water. Officers responsible for this careless and ruthless behavior should not be spared. They have acted in clear violation of the repeated directions by the Goa Human Rights Commission to treat our police force humanely.
A very sad state of affairs while our Chief Minister Pramod Sawant alias Property Sawant who is also the Home Minister is busy acquiring huge properties, the welfare and wellbeing of our toiling Police force is totally neglected.
In my life time I will not allow the government to mistreat our police worse than street dogs. May those in Power realize that Every Dog has his Day.
