Will Chief Minister Pramod Sawant please investigate as to how a BJP henchman is offering to fill direct Dy S.P posts due to be recruited shortly at a rate of 75 lakhs by claiming that it will be a donation towards the party’s funds. Any post must be filled on merit by the best man or woman for the job NOT on who bribes the most. A government post must never be corruptly up for sale subject to a bribe disguised as a party donation.
The people of Goa demand and expect Zero tolerance to Corruption and it is Government’s duty to take maximum action to deliver including severe punishment to the guilty.
And Pramod Sawant instead of venturing in touring those villages of Amethi in Uttar Pradesh which were adopted by the then Defence Minister Manohar Parrikar would be better advised if he first moves around our State especially rural Goa to witness and address the plight of our people. Charity begins at home, Mr. Chief Minister.
