While we today bid our final farewell to the former St Andre MLA and Deputy Speaker of the Goa Legislative Assembly Vishnu Surya Wagh, may I share with you those lovely verses he penned for my 50th Birthday eight years ago.
The multi talented and ever so versatile Vishnu Wagh was a great poet, writer, dramatist, journalist and artist par excellence.
A great and gregarious friend he always was. May the soul of our departed always roaring Tiger rest in eternal peace.
