The 103 page report by the Goa Lokayukta Justice P.K. Misra is very revealing. As that multi crore Goa beach cleaning scam all happened during his tenure, Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar should now at least shoulder moral responsibility and immediately quit. And more so because it is no secret that the mastermind and main beneficiary of it all was his elder brother Avdhoot Parrikar who along with the other Parrikar clan has swiftly risen from rags to riches.
