On 2nd August the Transport Minister Sudin Dhavalikar had given a very solemn assurance to the Goa Legislative Assembly that all the roads of Goa would be ‘pothole- free’ by Ganesh Chathurti. The festival is here so are all the potholes still around. Assurances by the government are all ending up like China made goods, without a warranty nor a guarantee.
