Manohar Parrikar’s promises are alike China-made goods: cheap and without a guarantee.
In March 2012 Manohar Parrikar had vowed that in three months the garbage strewn along the roads of Goa would be all cleared. But over the last five years of BJP rule the garbage situation statewide has instead descended to a far more critical and shameful level.
Now Manohar Parrikar who is heading a cabinet cobbled with devious and distinguished beggars has promised to make Goa the first beggar free state in the country.
Less said the better of how instead of respecting the people’s mandate, the very unprincipled Manohar Parrikar stooped very low on March 11th and made merry with those motley political beggars only to usurp the Chief Minister’s throne.
