It also confirms that the jail officials including the Inspector General of Prisons Elvis Gomes were heavily bribed to manipulate and fabricate the records to ensure Mickky Pacheco’s illegal release.
As good behavior and discipline are the pre-requisites for grant of any remission days against the jail sentence, Mickky Pacheco was not entitled to any remission days as he was at the jail documented for acts of indiscipline in refusing to wear the jail uniform with even his privileges curtailed. The mysterious formula invented by the very dubious Elvis Gomes in calculating Mickky Pacheco’s days of remission should be also afforded to every other convict.
